The Team

Co-founders Matt and Seth Huggins have extensive experience in the world of water and wastewater infrastructure. They founded Advanced Lining as a family-owned business in Layton, Utah to serve the greater intermountain area, including Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, and Montana.

Matt Huggins

Co-FOUNDER

Matt completed his bachelor of science (B.S.) in biochemistry at Utah State University before going on to get a master of science (M.S.) in neuroscience from Stanford University. He first begin working in water and wastewater infrastructure back in 2007, and worked on several projects in North Dakota and Montana doing acquisition, remediation, and private utility operation. He later founded an operation and maintenance business before starting Advanced Lining.

Seth Huggins

Co-FOUNDER

Seth has been working in the wastewater and water infrastructure industries since 2015. Prior to that he worked in business management, overseeing a multi-unit facility with more than 300 employees. He used that experience to help select the OBIC product as the best option for Advanced Lining clients.

Tyler Garner

Operations manager

Tyler is a Retired Combat Veteran. 12 years experience managing and supervising crews and teams in the maintenance field. Past experiences include rebar fabrication and pipe trench work. Tyler is an OBIC certified applicator and a leak stopping artist.
